AGAIN  THIS YEAR

We are part the NORTH TWIN CITIES BASKETBALL LEAGUE! For grades 2-8!

-Grades 2-8 we will be playing 12 games and be playing against other local recreational clubs. Such as Blaine and Spring Lake Park.   All practices will be in Andover area school gyms, but our games will be at host cities' gyms including some at Andover gyms. We will be playing double headers on the weekends.

AGAIN THIS YEAR- We are planning on hosting a high school league for grades 9-12.  The exact format and schedule will depend on how many teams we can get. It also depends if the other cities in the league have teams to play against. Please spread the word as this is a small but growing league in a large community area that has not had a league for older girls in a while. Games  will be held at Oakview Middle School Saturday mornings.

AGAIN THIS YEAR- We are planning to have a program for K-1. The exact format depends on the number of participants. This age group will be strictly at Andover schools.

- Pictures are not yet scheduled.

- Practices begin week of October 2nd

- End of season Tournament for grades K-1 and 9-12 grades are still TBD.

- AAA reserves the right to adjust grade levels for home-schooled players based upon age.

- Family discounts start with 3rd child from the same family free. Must register at the same time.

- There is a limit on how many players we can accommodate in each grade level.  Don’t wait until the last minute to register!

- All teams are coached by volunteers, so please volunteer. Coaches receive a discount on their child's registration, or the registration of the child they are associated with. Any family member or friend over 18 is welcome to volunteer to coach or be an assistant.

-Andover Athletic Association is a state compliant organization using "Trusted Coaches" program to ensure all volunteer coaches have passed a background check and have had some basic first aid and concussion protocol training.

- All teams practice 1-hour per week on weeknights at Andover Elementary, Rum River Elementary, Crooked Lake Elementary, McKinley Elementary, Oak View Middle School and Andover Community Center. You will be able to select a practice night that does NOT work for your child during registration.
